At Microsoft Ignite 2025, we teamed up with Microsoft and NVIDIA to showcase a real-time telemetry pipeline that extracts task insights from live data streamed from our humanoid robot AEON using tools such as Azure IoT Operations (AIO) and Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Intelligence (RTI). The demo highlighted how raw robot signals can be captured, transmitted, and visualized in the cloud to generate meaningful task insights for customer-facing dashboards. Over the course of the event, AEON completed more than 1,600 missions without interruption, demonstrating both the reliability of the data flow and the stability of our overall system.
This collaboration across Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Hexagon helps accelerate smart, scalable, and autonomous manufacturing solutions by integrating data and AI/ML Ops in ways that strengthen Hexagon Robotics’ position as a truly adaptive partner.
